PLACED ON FIRST READING JUNE 18, 1984 PLACED ON SECOND READING JULY 2, 1984 ORDINANCE NO. 68-84 BY: Brown, Gallagher, McBride, Salmon, Wendling AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codi- fied Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the zoning map with respect to certain property as hereinafter set forth and described: (15555 Hilliard Road). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the extent that the propertY described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Rock- port Township Section No. 22 and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the northwesterly corner of Permanent Parcel Number 313-27-120 as shown by the plat re- corded in Volume 66,_ Page 20, Cuyahoga County Records of Maps; thence South 0o03'30'' East for a distance of 251.67 feet to a point; thence North 79o23'00'' ~o~St for a distance of 92.60 feet to a point; thence North 0 03'30" Wes~ for a distance of 89.10 feet to a point; thence NOrth 89v56'30'' East for a distance of 98.29 feet to a point; thence North 0 03'30" West f_or a distance of 301.26 feet to a point; thence South 50o32'30'' West for a distance of 244.55 feet to the place of beginning be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use classification BR (Business Residential) to use classification M2 (multiple family). Section 2. The Planning Director is hereby authorized and directed to make the reClassification change on the zoning map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
