PLACED ON FIRST READING JUNE 18, 1984 <br />PLACED ON SECOND READING JULY 2, 1984 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 69-84 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Gallagher, McBride, <br /> Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codi- <br />fied Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the zoning map <br />with respect to certain property as hereinafter set forth and described: <br />(15603, 15607 and 1561~ Hilliard Road). <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by <br />changing and revising the zoning map to the ,extent that the property described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Rock- <br />port Township Section No. 22 and bounded and described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point in the northwesterly corner of <br />Permanent Parcel Number 313-27-117 as shown by the plat re- <br />corded in Volume 66~ Page 20, Cuyahoga County Records of <br />Maps; thence South 0 03'30" Eas~ for a distance of 190.66 <br />feet to a point; thence North 79v23'00'' Ea~ for a distance <br />of 138.90 feet to a point; thence North 0 03'30" Wes~ for <br />a distance of 276.67 feet to a point; thence South 50v32' <br />30" West for a distance of 176.65 feet to the place of <br />beginning be the same more or less, but subject to all <br />legal highways. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use classification <br />BR (Business Residential) to use classification R2 (one and two family). <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Planning Director is hereby authorized and directed <br />to make the reclassification change on the zoning map of the City of Lakewood, <br />Ohio so as to reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of <br />this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action <br />were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements <br />including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
