FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />Motorized Equipment Bond Anticipation Notes <br /> <br /> Lakewood, Ohio <br /> September 4, 1984 <br /> <br />· TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br /> The undersigned, Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, <br />Ohio, as fiscal officer thereof, as defined by Section 133.01, Ohio <br />Revised Code, hereby certifies in connection with your proposed issue of <br />bonds and notes in anticipation thereof in the principal amount of <br />$310,000 for the purpose of purchasing a fire truck and other motorized <br />equipment, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the estimated life of the equipment to be acquired <br />from the proceeds of such bonds is hereby certified to be at least five <br />(5) years. <br /> <br /> 2. That the maximum maturity of such bonds to be issued for <br />such purpose, calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section <br />133.20, Ohio Revised Code, and the weighted average of the amounts <br />proposed to be expended for the several classes of improvements is as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> (a) <br /> (b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />$165,000 for purchasing a :fire truck - ten (10) years; <br />$145,000 for purchasing other motorized equipment - <br />five (5) years; <br />The weighted average of the amounts proposed to be <br />expended for said several classes is seven (7) years. <br /> <br /> Should you authorize a single bond issue for all of said <br />classes, the maximum maturity of said bonds could not exceed such <br />weighted average of seven (7) years. <br /> <br /> 3.
