That the fol'iowing summary of appropriations shall govern expendi- <br />tures of the City of Lakewoo.d for fiscal year 1985 subject to any additions <br />and/or changes: <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF APPROPRIATIONS: <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Special Revenue Funds <br />Debt Service Funds <br />Capital Projects Funds <br />£n~erprise Funds <br />Special Assessment Funds <br /> <br />16,833,266 <br /> 7,271,315 <br /> 1,249,021 <br /> 10,293,666 <br /> 52,076,314' <br /> 1,635,753 <br /> <br />Total Appropriations <br /> <br />89,359,335 <br /> <br />Section 8. All encumbrances from the prior fiscal year shall be carri'ed <br />forward. <br /> <br />Section 9. All revenues projected and budgeted are reflected in the proposed <br />budget document. <br /> <br />Section 10. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to <br />draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in <br />this ordinance whenever claims 'are presented, properly approved, by the <br />head of the department for which the indebtedness is incurred, provided <br />the President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council <br /> <br />Section ll. In accordance with Article III, Section 14 of the Charter <br />of the City of Lakewood, Council hereby determines that the manner of <br />giving notice of the passage of this ordinance is to be by posting copies <br />hereof for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days, in not less than <br />five (5) of the most public places in the City, which places have been <br />determined by Council in Ordinance No. 55-59. <br /> <br />Section 12. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations <br />of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal <br />action, where in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Section 13. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and <br />approval by the Mayor, and Ordinance No. 122-84 and all other ordinances <br />or parts of ordinances inconsistant herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted: ~ ~41L I ~,/~ 1-- <br /> <br /> <br />
