ORDINANCE NO. 19-85 <br /> <br />NO. BY: Brown,,Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE amending Paragraph (a) of Section <br />!49.20 of the Administrative Code of the Codified Ordinances of <br />the City of Lakewood to provide for mileage allowance for the <br />social service worker and to delete mileage allowance for the <br />Health Commissioner and Planning Director. <br /> WHEREAS, the miles travelle'd by the social service <br />worker are such that this Council determines a monthly mileage <br />allowance is appropriate and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the daily operation of a municipal department; now <br />therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF LAKEWOOD, <br /> STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That paragraph (a) of Section !49.20 of the <br /> Administrative Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br /> kakewood, now reading as follows: <br /> <br />149.20 MILEAGE ALLOWANCE. <br /> <br />(a) Commencing {.larch 4, 1984, in addition to <br />such salary or compensation as may be provided <br />by any other ordinance, there shall be paid <br />the sum of one hundred twenty-five dollars <br />($125.00) per [aontn to the employees in group <br />one, one hundred dollars ($100.00) to <br />employees in group t~o, and forty dollars <br />($40.00) to employees in group three holding <br />the positions hereinafter designated, and who <br />are not furnished City owned vehicles for <br />their use in the performance of their duties. <br /> <br />Group One A. Building inspectors. <br /> B. Outreach workers. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> A. <br />Health. <br /> B. <br /> C. <br /> D. <br /> E. <br /> F. <br /> <br />Group Two <br /> Sanitary officers in tne Division of <br /> <br />Visiting nurses. <br />Building Commissioner. <br />Assistant Building Commissioner. <br />Assistant Commissioner for Housing. <br />Meter Readers <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Grou.R Three A. Home Health Aide. <br /> B. Health Commissioner. <br /> C. Planning Director. <br /> <br />shall be and the ssme is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />149.20 MILEAGE ALLOWANCE. <br /> <br />(a) Commencing April 1, 1985, in addition to <br />such salary or compensation as may be provided <br />by other ordinance, there shall be paid the <br />sum of One Hundred Twenty Five ($125.00) Dol- <br />lars per month to employees in Group One; One <br /> <br /> <br />
