(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. 505.15 DOG EXCREMENT REMOVAL (a) No person shall allow a dog under his or her Control to be upon public property or upon the property of another, absent the consent of the owner or occupant of the property, without some device designed or intended for the re- moval or containment of such dog's excrement¡ nor shall any person fail to remove any excre- ment deposited by any dog under his or her control. (a) No person shall engage in Or be employed at dogfighting, cockfighting, bearbating, pit- ting an animal against another, or cruelty to animals¡ no person shall receive money for the admission of another to a place kept for such purpose¡ no person shall use, train Or possess a dog or other animal for seizing, detaining, or mal treating a domestic animaL Any person who knowingly purchases a ticket of admission to such place, or is present thereat, or witnesses such spectacle, is an aider and abettor. (a) As used in this Section, "vicious dogs" shall meaD and include: (1) Any dog with a knowin propensity, tendency or disposition to attack unprovoked, to cause injury or to otherwise endanger the safety of human beings or domestic animals; or (2) Any dog which has attacked a human being or domestic animal without provocation on two or more occa- sions within a one year period¡ or (3) Any dog owned or harbored primarily or in part for the purpose of dog fighting or any dog trained for dog fighting. 8
