<br />(c) Whoever violates any provision of this <br />section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of <br />the fourth degree. <br /> <br />505.15 DOG EXCREMENT REMOVAL <br /> <br />(a) No person shall allow a dog under his or <br />her Control to be upon public property or upon <br />the property of another, absent the consent of <br />the owner or occupant of the property, without <br />some device designed or intended for the re- <br />moval or containment of such dog's excrement¡ <br />nor shall any person fail to remove any excre- <br />ment deposited by any dog under his or her <br />control. <br /> <br />(b) This section shall <br />dogs under the control of <br /> <br />not apply to guide <br />a blind person.. <br /> <br />(c) Whoever violates any provision of this <br />section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and <br />for each sUbsequent offense a misdemeanor of <br />the fourth degree. <br />(Ord. 76-83. Passed 9-6-83) <br /> <br />505.16 <br /> <br />ANIMAL FIGWfS. <br /> <br />(a) No person shall engage in Or be employed <br />at dogfighting, cockfighting, bearbating, pit- <br />ting an animal against another, or cruelty to <br />animals¡ no person shall receive money for <br />the admission of another to a place kept for <br />such purpose¡ no person shall use, train Or <br />possess a dog or other animal for seizing, <br />detaining, or mal treating a domestic animaL <br />Any person who knowingly purchases a ticket of <br />admission to such place, or is present <br />thereat, or witnesses such spectacle, is an <br />aider and abettor. (ORC 959.15) <br /> <br />(b) Whoever violates any provision <br />section is guilty of a misdemeanor <br />fourth degree. <br /> <br />of this <br />of the <br /> <br />505.17 VICIOUS DOGS. <br /> <br />(a) As used in this Section, "vicious dogs" <br />shall meaD and include: <br /> <br />(1) Any dog with a knowin propensity, <br />tendency or disposition to attack <br />unprovoked, to cause injury or to <br />otherwise endanger the safety of <br />human beings or domestic animals; <br />or <br /> <br />(2) Any dog which has attacked a human <br />being or domestic animal without <br />provocation on two or more occa- <br />sions within a one year period¡ or <br /> <br />(3) Any dog owned or harbored primarily <br />or in part for the purpose of dog <br />fighting or any dog trained for dog <br />fighting. <br /> <br />8 <br />
