FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />1984 Street Improvement Bond Anticipation Notes - 1985 Renewal <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio <br />May 6, 1985 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br /> The undersigned, Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, <br />Ohio, as the fiscal officer thereof, hereby certifies as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the estimated life of the improvements as described <br />in Resolution No. 5837-84 is hereby certified to be at least five (5) <br />years. <br /> <br /> 2. That the maximum maturity of such bonds, calculated in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code, is <br />twenty (20) years, but may not exceed five (5) years, this being the <br />number of years over which the assessments to pay the property owners' <br />portion of the cost of such improvement will be payable. <br /> <br /> 3. That the maximum maturity of notes issued in anticipation <br />of the issuance of such bonds is five (5) years, provided, however, <br />that, if such notes are sold at private sale, then their maximum <br />maturity is one (1) year. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Director of Finance <br /> <br /> <br />
