Accessory signs shall be permitted in the Residential <br />Ri, R2 and R3 Districts pursuant to the regulations of <br />the Planning and Zoning Code, Chapters 1105, 1107 and <br />1109 or the same as shall be amended from time to time. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1329.07 SIGNS: RESIDENTIAL Ri, R2 DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />Accessory signs shall be permitted in the Residential <br />RI and R2 Districts pursuant to the regulations of the <br />Planning and Zoning Code, Chapters 1105 and 1107 or the <br />same as shall be amended from time to time. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That existing Section 1329.08 of the Building <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood now <br />reading as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1329.08: SIGNS: APARTMENT Mi, M2 DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />Accessory signs in Apartment MI and M2 Districts shall <br />be designed, erected, altered, moved and maintained, in <br />whole or in part, in accordance with these regulations. <br />The types of signs permitted as to use, structure, size <br />and number for each building or lot shall be regulated <br />as follows: <br /> <br />(a) Bulletin Board. One bulletin board not <br />exceeding twenty (20) square feet in area or <br />five (5) feet in height may be located on the <br />premise of a public, charitable, or <br />regligious institution but not less than <br />fifteen (15) feet from a street right-of-way <br />line; indirect illumination shall be <br />permitted. <br /> <br />(b) Development Sign. One development sign <br />not exceeding fifty (50) square feet in area <br />and ten (10) feet in height shall be <br />permitted on the lot which a building is <br />under construction. Signs shall be removed <br />on the issuance of a final occupancy permit <br />or one (1) year after the permit is issued, <br />whichever date occurs first. <br /> <br />(C) Directional Sign. Two directional signs <br />each not exceeding two (2) square feet in <br />area shall be permitted on any building or <br />lot, but not less than five (5) feet from any <br />lot or street right-of-way line. <br /> <br />(d) Identification Sign. One wall or ground <br />identification sign not exceeding eight (8) <br />square feet shall be permitted, provided the <br /> <br />-8- <br /> <br /> <br />
