LESSEE TO <br />CONFOI~ TO <br />ALL LAWS <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />of the parties to the restoration process is not .provided for in this <br />Lease but remains to be mutually agreed to by the parties in the future; <br />provided, however, the parties agree Lessee may employ an architect at <br />Lessee's expense, at such time as Lessee shall determine, t~o develop a <br />restoration plan for the Premises. <br /> <br /> 9. Lessee shall conform to and observe all laws, ordinances, <br />~ules and regulations of the City of Lake;wood and State of Ohio, and of <br />all public authorities in any manner affecting the Premises or the im- <br />provements on or about the same or the use thereof. <br /> <br /> 10.. This Lease may be amended at anytime upon written approval <br /> of both parties. <br /> <br /> 11.
