ORDINANCE NO. 88-85 BY: Brown, Ch~nnock, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three months, January l, 1986 to March 31, 1986 as provided for by Section 5705.38 of the Revised Code. WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That there be appropriated from the General Fund: General Fund $ 4,220,000 Section 2. That there be appropriated from Special Revenue Funds: Section 3.
