The parties hereto agree that the wi.thin lease is not assignable without the <br />expressed written consent of the Lessor and that Lessee may renew the within <br />lease for like annual terms indefinitely at the annual rental of $10.00 per year <br />unless said Lease is cancelled by either party with ninety (90) days written no- <br />tice to the other party. <br /> <br />Lessee shall not cause any buildingI or structure to be erected or placed upon <br />the leased premises other than the installation of a fence at Lessee's costs anU <br />subject to the approval of the City.
