setting forth when ~nd ~ow the complainant has been satisfied. <br /> <br /> (c) When a complaint has not beea satisfied pursuant to <br />Subparagraph (b) hereof, the ¢omplaiaant may file a formal <br />complaint with the City C~uncil in the form and manner to be <br />specified thereby. The complaint to the City Council must be <br />filed within six (6) months from the date of the Mayor's <br />statement accompanying a copy of the system's notice of refusal <br />or inability to satisfy the complaint, and the complaint to the <br />City Council must make reference to the date of the complaint <br />filed with the Mayor and that it is based on the same facts as <br />the complaint filed with the Mayor. If no complaint is filed <br />with the City Council within six (6) month period, the <br />complainant will be deemed to have abandoned his complaint, and <br />such complaint will be deemed dismissed. <br /> <br />SECTION 20. REVIEW OF PERFORMANCE <br /> <br /> Within ninety (90) days after the first anniversary of the <br />effective date of this Agreement and each year thereafter <br />throughout the term of this Agreement, the City may meet with the <br />Company to review the performance and quality of service provided <br />by the Company under this Agreement. Should the City wish to <br />meet with the Company to review the performance and quality of <br />service being provided by the Company, the City shall provide the <br />Company thirty (30) days notice and an agenda of the topics to be <br /> <br /> - 21 - <br /> <br /> <br />
