<br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />Warren Road Improvement Bond Anticipation <br />Notes - 1986 Renewal <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio <br />April 7, 1986 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br />The undersigned, as fiscal officer of the City of Lakewood, <br />Ohio, as defined by Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies in <br />connection with your proposed issue of notes and bonds for the purpose <br />of paying the City's portion of the cost of improving, in cooperation <br />with the Department of Transportation of the State of Ohio, Warren Road <br />from Lakewood Heights Boulevard to Clifton Boulevard, by reconstruction <br />of the roadway, replacing curbing, installing handicapped ramps, together <br />with the necessary appurtenances thereto, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the estimated life of the improvements to be con- <br />structed from the proceeds of said issue is hereby certified to be at <br />least five (5) years. <br /> <br />2. That the maximum maturity of such bonds calculated in <br />accordance with the provisiOns of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code is <br />twenty years, provided that if notes in anticipation of sucþ bonds are <br />outstanding for a period in excess of five (5) years from the date of <br />the original issue, the period thereof in excess of five (5) years shall <br />be deducted from such maximum maturity of said bonds. <br /> <br />3. That the maximum maturity of the notes now proposed to be <br />issued in anticipation,of the issuance of said bonds is twenty years <br />from the date of the notes originally issued for such purpose, viz. <br />May 14, 2005, if sold at public sale, or one year if sold at private <br />sale. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />~fÂ~\ <br /> <br />Director of Finance <br /> <br />141S11/14282A <br />
