1725.03 SIGN DISTRIBUTION. <br /> <br />The Lakewood Health Department shall make warning <br />sigDs available to vendors of alcoholic beverages <br />and shall promulgate requirements with respect to <br />the posting of said signs. <br /> <br />1725.98 ENFORCEMENT. <br /> <br />Enforcement of this regulation shall fall under <br />the authority of the Lakewood Health Commissioner. <br /> <br />1725.99 VIOLATION. <br /> <br />Whoever violates Section 1725.02 of this Chapter <br />after the time specified in a written notice of <br />non-compliance from the Health Commissioner, is <br />guilty of a mi~nor misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this <br />ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that <br />all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees <br />that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the <br />public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section <br />121o22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Adopted: ~ ~/ /~ <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall take <br />effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
