Sectton 2. In addttion to the compensation provided for in Section 1 <br />hereof, as provided by Hospital personnel policy, those employees ~ho qualify <br />shall be paid a shift and charge differential at a rate of fifty cents (50~) per <br />hour fn addttfon to their usual hourly rate of pay. <br /> <br /> Section 3. In addition to the compensation in Section 1 hereof, as provi- <br />ded by Hospital personnel policy, those employees who qualify shall be paid a <br />resource differential of up to three dollars {$3.00) per hour in addition to <br />their usual hourly rate of pay. <br /> <br /> Section 4. In addition to the compensation provided for in Section 1 here- <br />of, as provided by Hospital personnel policy, those employees who qualify shall <br />be paid overtime at a rate of one and one-half {1 1/2} times the employee's <br />regular hourly rate for day shift and one and one-half (1 1/2) times the reqular <br />hourly rate and shift differential for relief and night shifts. <br /> <br /> Section 5. In addition to the compensation provided for in Section 1 here- <br />of, as provided by Hospital personnel policy, those employees who qdalify shall <br />be entitled to be paid at their regular hourly rate of up to five ($) days of <br />earned but not taken vacation time or holiday time. <br /> <br /> Section 6. Compensation for said employees shall be paid from the <br />Hospital's Operating Eund on a bi-weekly basis. <br /> <br /> Section 7. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect on June 22, 1986, and Ordinance No. 21-84 adopted on March 19, <br />1984 and all other Ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith shall <br />be and are hereby repealed as of this date. ~ .~ <br />Adopted: ~Y~ /~Y~ ~ <br /> /' Y 'Pres{ <br /> <br /> Clerk <br />Approved.'~ /~ ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
