ORDINANCE NO. 72-86 BY: Brown, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal Ordinance #20-86 relating to the purchase by the City of a part of the real property located at 12009 Clifton Boulevard. WHEREAS, on January 20, 1986 Lakewood City Council adopted Ordinance #20-86 authorizing the Director of Economic and Community Development of the City o£ Lakewood to purchase certain real property known as part of PP#312-29-032, located at 12009 Clifton Boulevard, in Lakewood, Ohio and WHEREAS, it is now determined that said property is not needed for the Lakewood Clifton Prado Project and is not necessary to purchase said property and therefore, Ordinance #20-86 should be repealed, and WHEREAS, this Ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the immediate preservation of the Public health, safety and welfare and for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEW00D, STATE OF 0HI0: Section 1. That Ordinance #20-86, adopted January 30, 1986 shall be and the same is hereby repealed, Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal :requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 3- That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval bya the Mayor; otherwise~ i~t ~ take effect and be in force after the earliest ~llow~o~aw?
