ORDINANCE NO. 94-86 <br /> <br />BY: Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make additional appropriations for expenditures <br />of' the City of LakeWood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year ending <br />December 31, 1986. <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation <br />of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual <br />daily operation of municipal deprtments; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That there be appropriated from the <br /> Job Training Grant Fund - 1986 $ 81,000 <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br /> to draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated <br /> in this ordinance whenever claims are presented properly approved <br /> by the head of the Department for which the indebtedness is incurred, <br /> providing the President of Council shall approve all claims of the <br /> City Council. <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br /> this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance <br /> were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such <br /> deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted <br /> in such formal actions, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br /> with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br /> Code. <br /> Section 4.
