ORDINANCE NO. 95-86 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE establishing rates of admission to Winterhurst <br />Ice Rink, located at 14740Lakewood Heights Boulevard, Lakewood, and <br />repealing Ordinance 105-83 adopted October 17, 1983, and all other <br />ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br />WHEREAS, the cost of the operation of Winterhurst Ice Rink has increased <br />and an increase in the admission charges is necessary to maintain <br />the program of the rink, and <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the rates for admission to Winterhurst Ice Rink located <br /> a't 14740 LakeWood Heights Boulevard, Lakewood, be and the same are <br /> hereby established as follows: <br /> WINTERHURST ICE RINK <br /> <br />A.
