ORDINANCE NO. 4-87 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 25-86 adopted March 18, 1986. WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the public property, health, and safety and the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to make the following transfers of appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 25-86 adopted March 18, 1986. Section 2. That there be transferred from the General Fund: General Fund $ 2,558,350 Section 3. That there be transferred from the Capital P~ojects Fund: Lakewood Park Breakwall Impr. Fund Fire Equipment Impr. Fund $ 32,220 18,595 Section 4. That there be transferred from the Special Revenue Fund: Community Development Block Grant Fund - 1986 $ 190,849 Section 5. That there be transferred to the General Fund: General Fund $ 67,729 Section 6. That there be transferred to the Special Revenue Funds: Street Constr., Maint. & Repair Fund Office on Aging - Title IIIB Fund Office on Aging Title IIIC Fund Property Identification Grant Fund Littlerless Lakewood Grant Fund 725,000 465,000 135,500 2,700 7,000 Section 7. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such delibera- tions of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
