That the following summary of appropriations shall govern expen- <br />ditures of the City of Lakewood for fiscal year 1987 subject to any additions <br />and/or changes: <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF APPROPRIATIONS: <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Special Revenue Funds <br />Debt Service Fund <br />Capital Projects Funds <br />Enterprise Funds <br />Special Assessment Funds <br /> <br />$ 18,791,110 <br />6,651,688 <br />4,116,905 <br />5,497,328 <br />59,312,81l <br />1,359,997 <br /> <br />Total Appropriations <br /> <br />$ 95,729,839 <br /> <br />Section 8. All encumbrances from the prior fiscal year shall be carried forward. <br /> <br />Section 9. All revenues projected and budgeted are reflected in the proposed <br />budget document. <br /> <br />Section 10. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to draw <br />checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this ordinance <br />whenever claims are presented, properly approved, by the head of the department <br />for which the indebtedness is incurred, provided the President of Council shall <br />approve all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section ll. In accordance with Article III, Section 14 of the Charter of the <br />City of Lakewood, Council hereby determines that the manner of giving notice of <br />the passage of this ordinance is to be by posting copies hereof for a period of <br />not less than fifteen (15) days, in not less than five (5) of the most public <br />places in the City, which places have been determined by Council in Ordinance <br />No. 55-59. <br /> <br />Section 12. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an <br />open meeting of this Council and of any of its committees, that resulted in <br />such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all <br />legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Section 13. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the premable, and provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor, <br />and Ordinance No. 116-86 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances <br /> <br />inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved <br /> <br /> <br />
