Placed on First Reading 2/17/87 Placed on Second Reading 3/16/87 ORDINANCE NO. 14-87 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.04 of the Zoning Code of the Cod'ified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the building line map to establish a building line of 20 feet on both sides of Roy Drive from Edgewater Drive north to its northern terminus. WHEREAS,~ in the interest of public safety, this Council determines that it is in the best Interest of public safety to establish a building line of 20 feet on both sides of Roy Drive from Edgewater Drive north to its northern terminus; now~, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1103.04 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising ~the building line map by establishing ~a building line of 20 feet on both sides of Roy Drive from Edgewater Drive north to its northern terminus. Section 2. The Planning Director' .is hereby authorized and directed to make the additional change on the building line map of the City of Lakewood so as to reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to'the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code'.
