Placed on Second Reading on March 16, 1987 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 22-87 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendl!ing <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and <br />revising the zoning map with respect to certain property as <br />hereinafter set forth and described: (2019 Belle Avenue). <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby <br />amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the extent that the <br />property described as follows: (South Portion of Permanent Parcel No. <br />314-19-001) <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, <br />and State of Ohio, and known as being part of original <br />Sublot No. 64 in the Bayes Subdivision of part of <br />Original Rockport Township Section No. 19 as shown by <br />the recorded plat in Volume 42 of Maps, Page 29 of <br />Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at an iron pin on the Easterly line of Belle <br />Avenue distant Southerly 112 feet from the <br />Southeasterly corner of Madison Avenue (80 feet wide) <br />and Belle Avenue (60 feet wide); thence Easterly <br />measured at right angles to the Easterly line of Belle <br />Avenue 65 feet to an iron pin in the Easterly line of <br />Sublot No. 64 aforesaid; thence Southerly along said <br />Easterly line of Sublot No. 64 to a distance of 88 feet <br />to an iron pin in the Southeasterly corner of Sublot <br />No. 64, thence Westerly along the Southerly line of <br />Sublot No. 64 a distance of 65 feet to an iron pin in <br />the Easterly line of Belle Avenue, thence Northerly <br />along the Easterly line of Belle Avenue 88 feet to the <br />place of beginning be the same more or less but <br />subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from <br />classification BR (Business-Residential) to use classification <br />(Dwelling House). <br /> <br />use <br />R-2 <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Director of Planning and DeVelopment is <br />hereby authorized and directed to make the reclassification change on <br />the zoning map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the <br />amendment designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
