Salary of the Director of Law shall cover all ordinary service including legal advice and opinion as requested by the Council or any individual member of Council, the Mayor and directors of departments, the drafting of ordinances and resolu- tions, attendance at Council meetings, and the administration and supervision of the Law Department. The Law Director, the Assistant Law Director and the Prosecutor shall receive as additional compensation, professional fees for the handling of any litigation involving the City of Lakewood, or other extraordinary services, such fees not to exceed $60.00 per hour. Section 3. All compensation provided for herein shall paid in equal installments every two weeks. be Section 4. All annual salaried employees, including the Chief of Police and the Chief of Fire, shall be entitled to compensable time off for actual hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week, and for work performed on Saturday, Sunday and any holiday as defined in Section 149.10. In lieu of the compensable time authorized herein, effective April 15, 1986, all annual salaried employees covered under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act shall be paid time and one-half their regular pay for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week. This Section does not apply to Foremen - Class A, and Traffic Signal Technicians - Public Works Department, whose overtime compensation is covered pursuant to Section 5 herein.
