For matters relating to this improvement, the agent for the COUNTY and <br />liaison officer on the matter contained herein shall be the County <br />Engineer of CUyahoga County, Ohi~.~ and/or such members of his staff as he <br />may designate. .-~ <br /> <br />Section 9. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY TO SIGN <br /> <br />That the Mayor of said MUNICIPALITY is hereby empowered amd directed on <br />behalf of the MONICIPALITY to enter into agreements with the COUNTY <br />necessary to complete the planning and construction of this improvement. <br /> <br />That the Mayor of said MUNICIPALITY is hereby empowered and directed on <br />behalf of the MUNICIPALITY to make application to the Cuyahoga County <br />Board of Commissioners for approval to use County Motor Vehicle $5.00 <br />~License Tax Funds for the improvement. <br /> <br /> Section 10. That it iS found and determined that <br />all formal actions of Council concerning and relating <br />to the adoption of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council and that all such deliberations <br />of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted <br />in such formal actions were in meetings open to the public <br />in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 11. That this ordinance is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the <br />p~eamble hereof and provi~ded it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its adoption and approval by the Mayor, otherwise it shall <br />take effect and be ~n force from and after the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Present <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
