Avenue, by the necessary grading and replacement of the base, resurfac- <br />lng with asphaltic concrete, including the necessary replacement and <br />resetting of castings together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, <br />and to pay and retire outstanding notes issued in anticipation thereof. <br /> <br /> 5. The 1988 Street Improvement Bond Anticipation Notes are issued <br />in anticipation of the issuance of a like principal amount of general <br />obligation bonds of the City under authority of the general laws of the <br />State of Ohio and by virtue of certain ordinances and proceedings of the <br />Council of the City with respect thereto for the purpose of paying the <br />cost of resurfacing certain streets in the City of Lakewood, together <br />with the necessary appurtenances thereto. <br /> <br /> 6. The Lake Avenue Improvement Bond Anticipation Notes - 1988 <br />Renewal are issued in anticipation of the issuance of a like principal <br />amount of general obligation bonds of the City under authority of the <br />general laws of the State of Ohio and by virtue of certain ordinances <br />and proceedings of the Council of the City with respect thereto for the <br />purpose of paying the City's portion of the cost of improving, in <br />cooperation with the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio, <br />Lake Avenue from West ll7th Street to Webb Road in the City of Lakewood, <br />by reconstruction of the roadway, replacing curbing, installing handi- <br />capped ramps, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and to <br />pay and retire outstanding notes issued in anticipation thereof. <br /> <br /> 7. The Warren Road Improvement Bond Anticipation Notes - 1988 <br />Renewal are issued in anticipation of the issuance of a like principal <br />amount of general obligation bonds of the City under authority of the <br />general laws of the State of Ohio and by virtue of certain ordinances <br />and proceedings of the Council of the City with respect thereto for the <br />purpose of paying the City's portion of the cost of improving, in <br />cooperation with the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio, <br />Warren Road from Lakewood Heights Boulevard to Clifton Boulevard in the <br />City of Lakewood, by reconstruction of the roadway, replacing curbing, <br />installing handicapped ramps, together with the necessary appurtenances <br />thereto, and to pay and retire outstanding notes issued in anticipation <br />thereof. <br /> <br /> 8. The Bunts Road Improvement Bond Anticipation Notes - 1988 <br />Renewal are issued in anticipation of a like principal amount of general <br />obligation bonds of the City under authority of the general laws of the <br />State of Ohio and by virtue of certain ordinances and proceedings of the <br />Council of the City with respect thereto for the proceedings of paying <br />the City's portion of the cost of improving, in cooperation with the <br />Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio, Bunts Road from <br />Lakewood Heights Boulevard to Clifton Boulevard in the City of Lakewood, <br />by reconstruction of the roadway, replacing curbing, installing handi- <br />capped ramps, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and to <br />pay and retire outstanding notes issued in anticipation thereof. <br /> <br /> 9.
