Rotar'y Foundation the sum of $900f which funds a~-e to <br />be used s~ecifically by the City fo~- the pu~-pose of suppo~.~ting the Cho~-e <br />Sec'vice Pr'og~'am ope~-ated by the Office on Aging fo~- the benefit of the <br />senio~- community. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and deter-mined that all for'real actions <br />of this Council conce?ning and ~-elating to the passage of this opdinance <br />~e~.~e adopted in an open meeting of this Council~ and tlnat all such <br />delibe~'ations of this Council and of any of its committees that r'esulted in <br />such fo~-mal action~ we~.~e in meetings open to the public~ in compliance with <br />all legal ~-equi~-ements. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
