PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This Agreement is made this day of , <br /> <br />1988, by. and between MALLEY REALTY CO. and Ohio Partnership, <br />11900 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio (hereinafter referred to as <br />"Seller") and the C~ty of Lakewood, a Municipal Corporation~ <br /> <br /> Lakewood, Ohio (hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />12650 Detroit Avenue, <br />"Buyer"). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />buy certain real <br /> <br /> W I T N E S S E T H: <br /> <br />Seller desires to sell and Buyer desires to <br />property located -at 11900 Detroit Avenue, <br /> <br /> Lakewood, Ohio, Permanent Parcel No. 312-33-8,9 & 10, all such <br /> property referred to herein as the "Property" which is more <br /> <br />.particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br /> incorporated by reference herein, together with all Seller's <br /> right, title and interest in and to all buildings, structures and <br /> other improvements and all easements and rights appurtenant or <br /> related to the property, together with any other right, title and <br /> interest Seller may have in said property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, 'in consideration of the mutual <br /> promises, covenants and agreements contained herein and for other <br /> <br />Property <br />($485,000.00) <br />transaction. <br /> <br />good and valuable consideration, <br />which are hereby acknowledged, <br />follows: <br /> <br /> 1.
