Section 7. That there be appropriated from the <br /> Internal Service Funds: <br /> <br /> Hospitalization Insurance Fund $ 300,000 <br /> General Liability Self-Insurance Fund 50,000 <br /> <br />Section 8. That further all present encumbrances of all funds of <br />the City of Lakewood shall be carried forward. <br /> Section 9. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br /> to draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated <br /> in this ordinance whenever claims are presented properly approved <br /> by the head of the department for which the indebtedness is incurred, <br /> provided the President of Council shall approve all claims of the <br /> City Council. <br /> Section lO. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br /> measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members <br /> elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br /> upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />~pproved:~ <br /> <br /> <br />
