The 1988 Street Improvement Bond Anticipation Notes - 1989 Renewal are issued in anticipation of the issuance of a like principal amount of general obligation bonds of the City under authority of the general laws of the State of Ohio and by virtue of certain ordinances and proceedings of the Council of the City with respect thereto for the purpose of paying the cost of resurfacing certain streets in the City of Lakewood, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto. 5. The Lake Avenue Improvement Bond Anticipation Notes - 1989 Renewal are issued in anticipation of the issuance of a like principal amount of general obligation bonds of the City under authority of the general laws of the State of Ohio and by virtue of certain ordinances and proceedings of the Council of the City with respect thereto for the purpose of paying the City's portion of the cost of improving, in cooperation with the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio, Lake Avenue from West ll7th Street to Webb Road in the City of Lakewood, by reconstruction of the roadway, replacing curbing, installing handi- capped ramps, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and to pay and retire outstanding notes issued in anticipation thereof. 6. The Warren Road Improvement Bond Anticipation Notes - 1989 Renewal are issued in anticipation of the issuance of a like principal amount of general obligation bonds of the City under authority of the general laws of the State of Ohio and by virtue of certain ordinances and proceedings of the Council of the City with respect thereto for the purpose of paying the City's portion of the cost of improving, in cooperation with the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio, Warren Road from Lakewood Heights Boulevard to Clifton Boulevard in the City of Lakewood, by reconstruction of the roadway, replacing curbing, installing handicapped ramps, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and to pay and retire outstanding notes issued in anticipation thereof. 7. The Bunts Road Improvement Bond Anticipation Notes - 1989 Renewal are issued in anticipation of a like principal amount of general obligation bonds of the City under authority of the general laws of the State of Ohio and by virtue of Certain ordinances and proceedings of the Council of the City with respect, thereto for the proceedings of paying the City's portion of the cost of improving, in cooperation with the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio, Bunts Road from Lakewood Heights Boulevard to Clifton Boulevard in the City of Lakewood, by reconstruction of the roadway, replacing curbing, installing handi- capped ramps, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and to pay and retire outstanding notes issued in anticipation thereof. 8.
