(10) When the decision of the Board becomes <br />effective, either because no protests to the' <br />proposal were received by the Board in response to <br />the notice of application or because no appeal was <br />taken to the City Council within the allotted <br />fourteen (14) calendar days, the Board shall <br />immediately notify the Building Commissioner in <br />writing indicating the Board's approval, approval <br />with conditions (in which case the conditions shall <br />be set out in detail) or denial. <br /> <br />(11) If the decision of the Board approves or <br />approves with conditions, the requested waiver, the <br />Building Commissioner shall, if all other <br />applicable building code and zoning code <br />regulations have been compiled with, issue an <br />occupancy permit subject to any conditions imposed <br />by the Board of Zoning COde Appeals. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That it is hereby found and determined that all <br />formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage <br />of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and <br />that all deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees <br />that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the <br />public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />
