Section 6. That the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio is hereby requested and authorized to cause <br />appropriate notice of such election to be duly given in <br />accordance with law and to otherwise provide for such election in <br />the manner provided by the City's Amended Charter and the general <br />laws of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br /> Section 7. That there is hereby appropriated from the <br />general fund of the City an amount sufficient to pay the cost of <br />carrying out the authorization and directions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 8. That it is found and determined that all <br />formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the <br />passage of this ordinance were passed in an open meeting of this <br />Council, and that all deliberations of this Council and of any of <br />its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in <br />meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 9.
