1107.07 SIDE YARD REGULATIONS FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDING <br />The sum of the two side yards shall be no less than 15 <br />feet. Neither side yard shall be less than 5 feet, <br />except that on existing principal structures with <br />existing side yards of less than 5 feet, an addition <br />may be added provided that the new addition does not <br />encroach further than the foundation sidewalls of the <br />existing principal structure. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this <br />ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that <br />all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that <br />resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Approved <br /> <br />Adopted <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Clerk of Council <br /> <br /> <br />
