Placed on SECOND READING ~1'/~89 BY: Brown, Chinnock, ~1 ' ±agner, Ga~zana, George AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revis- ing the~.zoning map with respect to certain property as hereinafter set forth'-and~'described: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the extent that the property described as follows: Five parcels south of the Hospital Parking Garage, three on Belle Avenue (PP 9314-04-47, 314-04-48, and 314-04-49) and two on St. Charles Avenue (PP ~314-04-26, and 314-04-27). shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use classification R-2 (Dwelling House) to use classification BR (Business Residential). Section 2. The Director of Planning and Development is hereby authorized and directed to make the reclassification change on the zoning map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. SeCtion 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements.
