AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 3-89 adopted March 20, 1989. WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Director 'of Finance be and she is hereby authorized to make the following transfers of appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 3-89 adopted March 20, 1989. Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinace were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements.
