PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This Agreement is made this day of , <br /> <br />1990, by and between MACK PRODUCTS CO., an Ohio corporation, <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Buyer") and the City of Lakewood, a <br />Municipal Corporation, 12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Seller"). <br /> <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br /> <br />buy <br />Lakewood, <br /> <br />"Property" <br /> <br />Ohio, all such property referred to herein as <br /> <br /> which is more particularly described in Exhibit <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Seller desires to sell and Buyer desires to <br />certain real property located at 11800 Detroit Avenue, <br /> <br /> the <br /> <br />herein, together <br /> <br /> in and to the <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated by reference <br />with all Seller's right, title and interest <br />property.
