EXHIBIT B 2 <br /> <br />11836 DETROIT AVENUE, LAKEWOOD, OHIO 44107 <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being <br />part of Original Rockport Township Lot No. 61, <br />Section 21, and forming a parcel of land bounded <br />and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly <br />line of Detroit Avenue, 66 feet wide (formerly <br />Detroit Street), with the Westerly line of said <br />Original Rockport Township Lot No. 61, said place <br />of beginning being also in the Easterly line of a <br />parcel of land conveyed to Retta H. Saunders, by <br />Deed dated June 9, 1908, and recorded in Volume <br />1159, Page 385 of~Cuyahoga County Deed Records; <br />thence Easterly along the said Northerly line of <br />Detroit Avenue, 99-34/100 feet to the South- <br />easterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to <br />The Carey Company, by deed dated September 17, <br />1934 and recorded in Volume 4383, Page 363 of <br />Cuyahoga County Deed Records; thence Northerly <br />along the Easterly line of said land conveyed to <br />The Carey Company and forming an included angle of <br />82° 53' 05" with the last described, line, <br />134-55/100 feet to an iron pin; thence Westerly at <br />right angles to the last described line, 99-39/100 <br />feet to said Easterly line of land conveyed to <br />Retta H. Saunders; thence Southerly along said <br />Easterly line of land conveyed to Retta H. <br />Saunders, 122-25/100 feet to the place of <br />beginning, according to a survey dated <br />September 8, 1939, by the National Survey Service, <br />Inc., Civil Engineers and Surveyors, be the same <br />more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br /> <br />
