Placed on FIRST READING and <br />REFERRED to FtNANCE q~7~E 6/4/90. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. $1-90 <br /> <br />BY: Gallagher, Gazzana, George, <br /> Graham, Roth, Smith <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE supplementing Ordinance No. 13-90 adopted March <br />19, 1990, creating positions and fixing salaries of the annual <br />salaried employees and the several departments and divisions of the <br />City of Lakewood. <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emer§emcy measure providinB for <br />the public health, safety a,d welfare, and for the usual daily <br />operation of a mun~cS~al ~epartme~; ~, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIIY OF LAKEWOOD, STAI£ OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1~-90, adopted March 19, 1990, be <br /> supplemented by the addition of the following position to the pay <br /> bands contained therein as indicated: <br /> <br /> Assistant Tax Administrator - Band B <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br /> Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br /> adopted in an open meeting of the Council, and that all such <br /> deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that <br /> resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br /> compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br /> measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members <br /> elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in forcibLY. <br /> upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor~~ <br /> effect and be jn force after the earliest ' <br /> <br /> / [et -- ~_~ -- <br /> Clerk <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
