County Auditor as provided by law to be placed by him on the tax <br />duplicate and collected as other taxes are collected. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to file a <br />certified copy of this ordinance with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />within twenty (20) days of the date of its passage as required by <br />Section 319.61, Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Section 4. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such <br />deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that <br />resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 5. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be m emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall take <br />effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> Clerk <br /> <br />Approved :/~gA'~/-'~ ~-~/~ ~:/) ~~ <br /> <br /> <br />
