Addendum to Purchase Agreement <br /> <br /> This tentative offer to purchase presented by the City <br /> <br />of Lakewood, Ohio, the purchaser, to F.I.O. Investments, the <br />seller of the property located at 14815-19 Detroit Avenue, <br />Lakewood, Ohio is acceptable with the following changes: <br /> <br /> 1. Purchasers will have a total period of three months <br /> <br /> (90 days) from the signing of this agreement by Sellers <br /> to close this transaction in escrow. Since the Sellers <br /> are holding the property off the market without earnest <br /> i.e. totally in good faith, they believe this to <br /> be adequate time. <br /> <br /> 2. Article 9, Section 2 is acceptable if paid by the <br /> Purchasers. <br /> <br /> 3. Article 9, Section 3 is acceptable with the deletion <br /> <br /> of the second sentence begining ....
