PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This agreement is made this ~ day of /~~;~ , <br /> <br />1990, by and between Frank Sardis and Elene Sardis, (hereinafter <br />referred to as "Sellers") and the City of Lakewood, a Municipal <br />Corporation, 12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio (hereinafter <br />referred to as "Buyer"). <br /> <br /> W I T N E S S E T H: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Seller desires to sell and Buyer desires to <br />buy certain real property located at 1450-52 Victoria Avenue, <br />Lakewood, Ohio, all such property referred to herein as the <br />"Property" which is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, together <br />with all Seller's right, title and interest in and to the <br />property described which Seller may have in said property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />promises, covenants and <br />other good and valuable <br /> <br /> in consideration of the mutual <br />agreements contained herein and for <br /> <br /> consideration, the receipt and <br /> <br />sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto <br />agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. PURCHASE PRICE. The purchase price for the <br />Property shall be SIXTY SIX THOUSAND (66,000) DOLLARS. <br /> <br /> 2. ACCEPTANCE OF PROPERTY. Seller warrants and <br />represents that the only material damage, defects, inoperable or <br />unsafe conditions affecting the property known to Seller <br />are likewise known to Buyer as a result of Buyer's inspectiOn of <br />the property. Buyer accepts the property in its present <br />condition. <br /> <br /> <br />
