Section 7. <br /> <br />That there be appropriated from <br />the Internal Service Fund: <br /> <br /> Hospitalization Ins. Fund $ 300,000 <br /> General Liability Self-Insurance Fund 50,000 <br />Section 8. That further-all present encumbrances of all funds of the City <br />of Lakewood shall be carried forward. <br /> <br />Section 9. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to draw <br />checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this <br />ordinance whenever claims are presented, properly approved, by the head of <br />the Department for which the indebtedness is incurred, provided the <br />President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 10. ~ That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immeidately upon its adoption and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
