PLEASE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE <br />#89-90 PLACED ONF~IRSTREADING <br />12/17/90 AND SECOND READING 1/7/91. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 89-90 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzana, George, <br /> Graham, Roth, Smith <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make additional appropriations for <br />expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal <br />year ending December 31, 1990. <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation <br />of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual <br />daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That there be appropriated from Special Revenue Funds: <br /> <br />Street Construction Maintenance & Repair <br />Fire Pension <br />Office-on-Aging Title IIIB <br />Office-on-Aging Title IIIC <br />Litterless Lakewood <br />General Liability Insurance <br />Recreational Liability Insurance <br /> <br />$ 290,000 <br />12,000 <br />48,000 <br />14,000 <br />1,000 <br />21,000 <br />8,100 <br /> <br />Section 2. That there be appropriated from Debt Service Funds: <br />Bond Retirement Fund $ 595,000 <br />Section 3. That there be appropriated from Capital Improvement Funds: <br /> <br />Capital Improvement <br />Sewer/Wastewater Improvement <br />1990 Watermain - Issue 2 <br />Downtown Development <br /> <br />$ 70,000 <br /> 150,000 <br /> 1,244,000 <br /> 1,500,000 <br /> <br />Section 4. That there be appropriated frOm Enterprise Funds: <br /> <br /> Parking Facilities $ 10,000 <br /> 500 <br /> Congregate Living <br /> Wastewater Operating $ 125,000 <br /> <br />Section 5. That there be appropriated from Special Assessments: <br /> Sidewalk Repair $ 50,500 <br />Section 6. That the Director of Finance be and she is hereby <br />authorized to draw cheCks upon the City depositories for the amounts <br />appropriated in this ordinance whenever claims are presented properly <br />approved by the head of the department for which indebtedness is <br />incurred, providing the President of Council shall approve all claims <br />of the City Council. <br /> Section 7. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br /> Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br /> adopted in an open meeting of the Council, and that all such <br /> deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that <br /> resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br /> compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />
