PLEASE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE #90-90 PLACED ON.~!RST READING 12/17/90 AND SECO~'D!READING 1/7/91. ORDINANCE NO. 90-90 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzana, George, Graham, Roth, Smith AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appropriations as appropriated by ordinance No. 6-90 adopted March 19, 1990. WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and she is hereby authorized to make the following transfers of appropriations as approprated by Ordinance No. 6/90 adopted March 19, 1990: Section 2.
