WP PMMS 49 <br />010391 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION, DISPOSITION AND <br />PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY <br /> <br /> This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of <br /> <br />the day of , 1991, between the CITY OF <br /> <br />'LAKEWOOD, OHIO (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), a <br />municipal corporation and political subdivision duly organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio, acting <br /> <br />pursuant to the authority of Ordinance No. , <br />passed by the Council of the City on , <br /> <br />1990, and LAKEWOOD ASSOCIATES, INC. (hereinafter referred to as <br />the "Redeveloper"), a corporation dulY organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAs, the City desires t© carry out its governmental and <br />proprietary functions by the promotion of redevelopment within <br />its boundaries near the intersection of Detroit Avenue and <br />Warren Road in its central business district and further <br />identified in Exhibit A attached hereto (which area, as the <br />same may be modified from time to time by' action of the City's <br />Officials and the agreement of the Redeveloper, is variously <br />hereinafter referred to as the "LakewoOd City Center Plan <br />Area", the "Plan Area" or the "Project Area"); and <br /> <br /> <br />
