pURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This agreement is made this day of , <br /> <br />1990, by and between Howard Swartwood and Lois Swartwood, <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the City of Lakewood, <br />a Municipal Corporation, 12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Buyer"). <br /> <br /> W I T N E S S E T H: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Seller desire to sell and Buyer desires to buy <br />real property located at 1436-38 Victoria Avenue, <br /> <br /> Ohio, all such property referred to herein as the <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />promises, covenants and <br />other good and valuable <br /> <br /> in consideration of the mutual <br />agreements contained herein and for <br /> <br /> consideration, the receipt and <br /> <br />sufficiency of which are hereby acknoWledged, the parties hereto <br />agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1.
