Fe <br /> <br />With respect to the definition of the word "quarterly" as used <br />herein, it is intended that the Summer Quarter shall be that <br />period of time during which Madison Pool and Foster Pool are <br />open to the public for outdoor swimming. The balance of the <br />year shall be divided into three equal periods known as Fall <br />Quarter, Winter Quarter and Spring Quarter, the specific dates <br />of which quarters shall be determined and posted by the Director <br />of Recreation. <br /> <br />Ge <br /> <br />In the event an admission charge is made for ~pectator events <br />and/or fund-raising activities the sponsor may be required to <br />share receipts in excess of the basic pool rental charges upon <br />such terms as shall be agreed upon between the sponsor and the <br />Director of Recreation. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance <br />were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such <br />deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that <br />resulted in such formal action were in meetings open. to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in forc~ immediately upon its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall take effect <br />and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, and <br />Ordinance 17-87 adopted April 6, 1987, and all other ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed at such time. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved:~/~, /~// <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
