ORDINANCE NO. 29-91 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzana, George, Graham, Roth, Smith AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to amend Section 1721.04 of the Sanitary Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood relating to swimming pool fees for licenses; to enact a new paragraph (b) (1) and (2) of Section 1721.04 and to repeal existing paragraph (b) (1) and (2) of Section 1721.04. WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Sanitary Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby supplemented by enacting new Section 1721.04 to read as follows: Section 1721.04 Fees (b) Licenses. Annual fees for licenses to conduct, operate and maintain swimming pools, as required by Section 1721.05, are as follows: (1) A public swimming pool for a period of twenty or less weeks per calendar year - one-hundred-thirty-dollars ($130.00). (2) A public swimming pool for a period in excess of twenty weeks per calendar year - three-hundred-fifty-dollars ($350.00). Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. Section 3.
