EXHIBIT "A" TWO parcels of property adjacent to 1264 Clifton Prado, Lakewood, Ohio and part of Permanent Parcel No. 312-29-033. Parcel A Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of original Rockport Township lot number 60, Section Number 21 and further bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Northerly Monument in the Clifton Prado, (23 feet in width), as shown by the dedication plat recorded in volume 239 page 42 of Cuyahoga County Plat Records; Thence due West a distance of 11.50 feet to a point, said point being on the Westerly right of way of Clifton Prado; thence due North along the Westerly right of way of Clifton Prado a distance of 11.00 Feet to a point, said point being the Northeast corner of Permanent Parcel Number 312-29-099 as shown by the aforesaid plat; thence due West along the North line of Permanent Parcel Number 312-29-099 a distance of 56.07 feet to a point, said point being the Northwest corner of Permanent Parcel Number 312-29-099 and also being the principal place of beginning; thence due North a distance of 19.15 feet to a point of curvature;· thence Southeasterly along the arc of a circle deflecting to the right a distance of.40.90 feet, said arc having a .radius of 40.00 feet and a chord which bears South 60© 42' 19" East, 39.14 feet to a point; thence due West along the North line of Permanent Parcel Number 312-29-099 a distance of 34.14 feet to the principal place of beginning, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
