EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />14825 DETROIT AVENUE, LAKEWOOD, OHIO <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio, and known as being part of Original Rockport <br />Township Section Number 22, bounded as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning in the Southerly line of Detroit Avenue at <br />the Northeasterly corner of premises conveyed to <br />Edgerfield Hare, by deed recorded in Volume 935, Page <br />316, Cuyahoga County Records said place of beginning <br />being distant Easterly 80 feet from the intersection <br />of said Southerly line of Detroit Avenue with the <br />Easterly line of Victoria Avenue; thence Easterly <br />along the Southerly line of Detroit Avenue, 47-93/100 <br />feet to the Westerly face of the Westerly brick wall <br />of the Colonial Savings and Loan Company building; <br />thence Southerly along the Westerly face of said brick <br />wall and the Southerly prolongation thereof, <br />130-97/100 feet to the Northerly line of a proposed <br />easement 10 feet in width at a point 47-89/100 feet <br />Easterly from the Southeasterly corner of premises <br />conveyed to Steve and' Victoria Lodzieski, by <br />deed recorded in Volume 3517, Page 214, Cuyahoga <br />County Records; thence Westerly parallel with the <br />southerly line of premises conveyed to Edgerfield <br />Hare, by deed recorded in Volume 935, Page 316, <br />Cuyahoga County Records, 47-89/100 feet to the <br />southeasterly corner of premises conveyed to Steve and <br />Victoria Lodzieski, by deed recorded in Volume 3517, <br />Page 214 Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northerly <br />along the Easterly line of premises so conveyed to <br />Steve and Victoria Lodzieski, 126-86/100 feet to the <br />beginning, according to the survey of Charles W. Root, <br />Civil Engineer, be the same more or less, but subject <br />to all legal highways. <br />Also the easement granted to the Stores Development <br />Company, a corporation, by the Colonial Savings and <br />Loan Company, a corporation, by indenture recorded in <br />Volume 3985, Page 84 of Cuyahoga County Records, on <br />and over the following premises situated in the City <br />of Lakewood: Beginning in the Easterly line of <br />Victoria Avenue at a point distant Southerly 120 feet <br />from the intersection of said Easterly line of <br />Victoria Avenue with the Southerly line of Detroit <br />Avenue; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of <br />premises conveyed to Steve and Victoria Lodzieski, by <br />deed recorded in Volume 3517, Page 214, Cuyahoga <br />County Records, and said line extended 127-52/100 feet <br />to the Easterly line of premises conveyed by The <br /> <br /> <br />
