11. BUSINESS RELOCATION COSTS. The Buyer <br />agrees to pay Twenty-Five Thousand (25,000) Dollars to <br />Seller in lieu of payment of business relocation costs <br />a~d/or expenses incurred as a result of Buyer's <br />acquisition of the property for public purposes. This <br />payment shall constitute a lump sum negotiated <br />settlement of any and all of Seller's relocation <br />costs, without necessity of specific documentation. <br /> <br /> 11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement <br /> <br />constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. <br />The representationS, warranties and agreements in this <br />Agreement shall survive the transfer of title.
